The van is authorised to travel in Portugal and Spain. Use in other countries is not permitted without prior authorisation by email from Vanoia.
The driver must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving licence for more than 3 years (category B). Drivers aged 18 to 20 may be authorised subject to an additional fee and a €1000 deposit.
Included are the kitchen, bath (portable shower), outdoor, safety, comfort (with JBL speaker) and documentation kits. Bed linen, towels, MUSA soaps and the chemical toilet are available at an extra cost.
We ask for 50% when the booking is confirmed and the remaining 50% up to 48 hours before pickup. The €300 deposit is paid on the day of pickup and refunded at the end of the rental.
Cancellations up to 7 days before pickup are fully refunded. With less than 7 days, there is no refund. If Vanoia cancels, you get a full refund.
Pickup and return are in Carregosa, Oliveira de Azeméis (Aveiro), between 8:00 and 18:00. The van is handed over with a full tank and must be returned in the same condition.
